How it works

From form submit to "hello, this is Acme Pest"
in under five minutes.

Perimeter is a high-speed routing layer between consumers who need pest control and the licensed pest-control companies in their area who can actually help. Here's exactly what happens.

For consumers

You hit submit. We do the rest.

1

Tell us what's wrong

Pick a pest, a property type, a ZIP, and how soon you need help. Two-step form, no fluff. Mobile-first. About 90 seconds.

2

See exactly who'll contact you

Before you submit, the form names every pest-control company in your area that may receive your request. The consent text you agree to lists them by name and is stored with your record.

3

Expect a call within minutes

Hot leads (rodents, bed bugs, termites, urgent timeline) get auto-routed in under 5 seconds. Most consumers get a call back within 5–10 minutes during business hours.

For pest-control companies

You set rules. Leads find you.

1

Define your perimeter

Filter rules say which leads you want: ZIP codes you service, pest types you specialize in, urgency thresholds, exclusive vs shared, daily caps. Stack multiple rules for different specialties.

2

The matching engine fires

Every lead is scored against every active rule. Exclusive matches always beat shared. Daily caps respected. Suspicious-flagged leads never reach you. Your balance covers the price or the lead skips you.

3

Lead lands in your CRM

POSTed to your CRM webhook (GoHighLevel, Zapier, HubSpot bridge, anything that takes JSON) with HMAC signing. We log delivery status. You see it in your dashboard within seconds.

Compliance

Why this is different from "scraped lead lists."

Scraped or purchased lead lists carry massive TCPA exposure for the buyer — the consumer never agreed to be contacted, and the seller can't prove they did. Perimeter is the opposite: every lead is opt-in, and the consent text + named-buyer roster + timestamp + IP hash are stored on every record.

Named consent

The consent text shown to the consumer at submission lists every potentially-receiving buyer by name. We store the exact roster shown.

Audit trail per lead

Every lead has a downloadable compliance receipt: consent text, timestamp, IP hash, named buyers, source/UTM. Send it to your attorney if you ever need to.

Public buyer roster

Our public buyer page lists every active company receiving leads through the platform. Consumers can verify before submitting.

Stop renting leads from a bidding system you can't see.

Perimeter is built for pest-control companies who want speed, transparency, and a defensible compliance posture.
